Keith Heiser believes more and more concrete will be decorative compared to gray. He sees the key to the future for his Lincoln, NE based firm is to “hire the best craftsman in concrete that he can find.”

Thank You!

Co-owners Keith Heiser and Todd Rose of Todd Rose Decorative Concrete inc. (TRDC) want to extend a very warm Thank You for an incredible (almost) first year of business. We owe many thanks to many people. First off we want to thank our employees. Without their hard work and creativity we could not have had the year we had. Thank you to Decorative Concrete Impressions (DCI) out of Webb City, Mo. Jim and Virginia (owners) have been wonderful support, allowing us creativity with their stencil systems and always manufacturing quality products that make our jobs turn out the way our customers require.

Thank you to the Design, Architectural, and Building Community. They have embraced our company because they know what we can do. We understand the importance of an architect or a designer’s vision of what a project is going to be, and they come to us to aid them in bringing fruition to their creation.

We have enjoyed working with the many homeowners this last year. It is often in the backyard where the intimacy of color and texture takes place. We don’t install concrete patios- We install places for family and friends to gather and enjoy the hardscapes of their home. We consider that a privilege.

We also need to thank the American Society of Concrete Contractors for awarding us a 1st place award for stenciled concrete at the World of Concrete in Las Vegas this year. To be recognized at the national level with names like Colorado Hardscapes, T.B. Penick, and Tom Ralston is an honor. These are companies that have long been recognized as leaders in our industry.
